Please note: We currently ship only within the United States.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your order is returned due to:

Return & Refund Policy

At Zarnesh Online Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached, and item must be in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Need a different size? Received a faulty or incorrect item? We offer free exchanges for:
